The Kogare Kakishibu jean from the Made in Japan 5 collection is a 14.5oz short slub Japanese selvedge denim. The denim has an indigo dyed exterior warp and Kakishibu dyed interior weft. The jeans come unsanforized but instead come with a special Tenpi wash treatment that is applied to preshrink and preserve the natural rigidness and look of the denim.
